Due to both weather related issues and shipment volumes, both UPS & FedEx are experiencing delays for shipments for a limited number of packages for both ground and expedited shipping methods. Due to these issues outside of our control we can not guarantee any delivery dates for any order at this time, regardless of rushed shipping options.

Our team works hard to quote accurate turnaround times for every order based on the information provided to us by our 3rd party shipping providers. We will guarantee to do our part to have your order ready for shipment by our standard production turnaround time or expedited production turnaround time depending on the information provided to you by your project manager. Unfortunately once your order ships it is out of our control.

Upon request, your project manager will be able to make recommendations to you for the best printing and shipping option for your order. If a rushed shipping option is recommended please understand that at this time we can not guarantee delivery by a specific date, we are only informing you of the best possible option based on your request.

Please allow 1 -3 additional days to help avoid any issues with delivery.
