All custom quotes and estimates provided by Radiant Printing are valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of issuance. Should you wish to proceed with the order after this period, a new quote or estimate will be required. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw a quote or estimate at any time prior to your acceptance, with or without notice.

Radiant Printing offers a 90-day price lock guarantee for all orders that are paid for but not yet completed within this timeframe. Should the order remain incomplete after ninety (90) days from the payment date, the amount paid may be applied as a credit towards a new order. Alternatively, a refund may be issued for the order amount, excluding any design service charges. Please note that design service charges are non-refundable, irrespective of whether the design services were utilized or not.
